Where to find us.
One route puts your question in a queue built to hold it until it is picked up. One address reaches our inbox. Four accounts are the only ones that are us. In that order, because that is the order they are worth using.
Open a ticket
A ticket sits in a queue ordered oldest first, and anything we send back lands in the same thread beside what you wrote. Nothing about it depends on an inbox, a spam folder or a platform you do not control.
- Filed under one of five things: A deposit · A withdrawal · A game · My account · Something else.
- Write it in any of our 8 languages. Both your words and an English reading are kept.
- Nothing is staked, and no ticket touches your balance.
A ticket belongs to an account, so this one asks you to sign in first. A wallet, an email code or Google all work, and the balance belongs to the account rather than to the way you signed in.
This is an address, not a thread. It creates no ticket, appears nowhere in your account, and the queue cannot see it. Use it when a ticket is not available to you, and use the ticket when it is.
It is the same address in every language. We publish exactly one, and there is no second support address anywhere.

These are public accounts, not a support desk. Never post your wallet address, your balance or anything else private in them.
After you send it
Five things happen, and none of them is a promise about time.
We will not tell you how fast we answer, because nothing in the product guarantees it. We can tell you exactly what the queue does with your ticket, which is the part that is actually built.
- 01
You write in your own language
The thread keeps two readings: yours, and an English one made and stored beside it. Neither replaces the other, so you can always quote back what was actually said. If that reading cannot be made, you are told so instead of being handed an English original as though it were yours.
- 02
An answer may arrive at once
Written automatically from our documentation, in your language, and labelled as automatic in words rather than by a colour. It may not say anything about your account or your balance, and it may not use a figure we have not published. If it cannot answer inside those rules it says nothing at all.
- 03
That answer changes nothing else
It does not resolve your ticket, does not close it and does not take it out of the queue. Your ticket sits there exactly as it was, because a machine answering must never make the queue look shorter than it is.
- 04
Taking it is recorded once
The queue records that a ticket has been taken, and the database lets that record be set exactly once — a ticket cannot be claimed twice. Whatever comes back lands in the thread beside your words, never anywhere else.
- 05
A reply leaves the door open
Answering marks a ticket as waiting on you, never as finished, and writing again puts it back in the queue. The unread mark clears only once the reply has genuinely been on your screen, not the moment you tap the thread.
Before you write
Nine things we have written down, with the figures in them.
These are the only sections an automatic answer may draw on, and they are the fastest answer to most tickets. No number below is typed by hand: each is read from the code that settles a match and from live configuration, so this page cannot quietly drift from what the product does. More, grouped and searchable, in the FAQ.
What we take from a match
We take 10% of the pot on a settled match and the winner receives 90%. A drawn match returns each player their own stake and we take nothing at all.
Stakes
You choose your own. The smallest allowed stake is 1 USDC and the largest is 10 000 USDC. Both players put up the same amount, and both stakes are held until the match settles.
Deposits
USDC on the Polygon network, sent to the address shown on the deposit page, credited once the network confirms it. Another token, or another network, does not credit a balance.
Withdrawals
USDC on Polygon to the wallet you name, with a fee of 1%. A withdrawal above an internal limit is not sent until it has been reviewed — a deliberate control, not a fault.
Tournaments
Every entrant pays the same fee and those fees are the prize pool. First takes 40%, second 30%, third 20%, and we keep what is left. One that does not draw enough entrants is cancelled and every fee is refunded in full.
The games
chess, draughts (8×8), checkers (standard), othello, gomoku, xiangqi, oware (ayò), hex, dots and boxes and wordgrid — 10 games. Every one can be played against a person for money, and every one is also available in practice, where nothing is staked.
The clock
Each player has 10 minutes for the whole of a lobby match, and a clock that reaches zero loses on time. The match settles exactly as it would have on the board.
Accounts and signing in
A wallet, an email code, or Google. Your balance belongs to the account, not to any one way of signing in, so a second method does not create a second balance.
Staying in the queue
Every ticket stays in the queue, including one an automatic answer has already replied to. Writing again in the same ticket is always available.
Making sure it is us
This is the whole list. Anything not on it is not us.
Two web addresses and four accounts. The product holds itself to the same list: an automatic answer is not permitted to name any destination outside it, and the dangerous case is the one that looks closest. An address like help.dreamgames.io reads as real and is not ours.
We never ask for a seed phrase or a private key, and no message from us will ever ask for one.
Not in a ticket, not by email, not in any of the four accounts. Anyone who asks is not us, whatever name they are using.
The only hosts
The only accounts
- Xx.com/0xDreamGames

- Telegramt.me/dreamgames00
- Redditwww.reddit.com/r/Dream_Games
No other account, group, channel or address is ours, and we will never move a conversation into a new one.
What we do not promise
Three absences, said plainly.
- This is not a live chat. Write what you can and it will be here whenever it is picked up.
- No reply time, and no hours. We will not name one until the desk can hold it.
- Nobody is watching the four accounts for questions. Only a ticket enters the queue.
Why that holds
It is not a house style anyone can forget. One check runs over this page's copy, over every automatic answer and over every translation of one, in each of the 8 languages we publish, and it rejects a reply time or an availability promise wherever it appears. A promise cannot be slipped in by a machine either.
Tickets can be written in any of our 8 languages: English · Português (Brasil) · Español · Français · Tiếng Việt · 繁體中文 · 简体中文 · 日本語.
